Selected Category:Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

We use ethylene glycol γ-butyrolactone as the main electrolyte solvent for aluminum electrolytic capacitors.
At present, we do not manufacture or sell aluminum electrolytic capacitors using electrolytes known as quaternary salts.

Aluminum electrolytic capacitors with a rubber seal, conductive polymer aluminum solid capacitors, and conductive polymer hybrid aluminum electrolytic capacitors are not subject to the MSL standards outlined by IPC/JEDEC.

Be careful of storage temperature, humidity, location, and environment as these can negatively impact electrical properties or the product performance of soldered lead lines.

Recommended reflow soldering conditions for aluminum electrolytic capacitors vary depending on the type, series, size, rated voltage, etc. Please refer to the product guide for details.

Aluminum electrolytic capacitors use electrode foils with two different types of withstand voltage.
As a result, the capacitors have polarity and there is the potential for rupturing if voltage in the reverse direction is applied.

Manufacturing Process of aluminum electrolytic capacitors is as follows.

Use a capacitor guaranteed for board cleaning and make sure that cleaning agent type and conditions are within the standards stipulated in the catalog or delivery specifications.

Our PSG series of conductive polymer aluminum solid capacitors are used in the reference designs of evaluation boards for 12V/1200W high-frequency LLC converters produced by Transphorm.

The aluminum electrolytic capacitor case is connected with a cathode terminal and an unstable resistance component, which can result in equivalent potential that is unstable.
A potential difference may occur due to the presence of an oxide film with high withstand voltage properties between the case and the anode terminal.

The S-parameters (scattering parameters) of aluminum electrolytic capacitors refer to circuit network parameters used to indicate the transmission/reflection power characteristics of high-frequency circuits and electronic components.
