Recommended reflow soldering conditions
Recommended reflow soldering conditions for aluminum electrolytic capacitors vary depending on the type, series, size, rated voltage, etc. Please confirm the conditions suitable for the capacitor and use it within the conditions. For detailed conditions by series, please refer to the product guide

*The temperature and time on the top of the product and on the terminals are specified as recommended ranges.
Vacuum Reflow Soldering
We have performed evaluation using a vacuum reflow oven under pressure reduced pressure of approximately 10 kPa with time duration few seconds to few tens of seconds. As a result, no negative effects confirmed on the capacitor due to this reduced pressure. Therefore, We have concluded that there are no issues with vacuum reflow for our capacitors.
