IR/NIR, in relation to camera modules, refers to infrared and near infrared light in wavelengths of roughly 840 nm to 950 nm. These wavelengths of light cannot be seen with the naked eye, but can be picked up by image sensors, and are sometimes used. IR Cut Filters (IRCF) are optical filters that block infrared light.

Camera module AR (Anti Reflection) refers to treatment applied to the lens or glass to prevent reflection. This suppresses excess reflection and reduces losses when light passes through the lens.
