Camera Module IR/IRCF
IR/NIR, in relation to camera modules, refers to infrared and near infrared light in wavelengths of roughly 840 nm to 950 nm. These wavelengths of light cannot be seen with the naked eye, but can be picked up by image sensors, and are sometimes used. If a color sensor is exposed to this infrared light, the image will take on a pinkish hue.
IR Cut Filters (IRCF) are optical filters that block infrared light. Our camera modules have a built-in IRCF that makes it easy to switch between filming during the day or night.
