About Eco-Action 21
Eco-Action 21 is the environmental management system (EMS) outlined by the Ministry of the Environment. Similar to the international EMS ISO14001, Eco-Action 21 is a system designed to encourage increased corporate environmental activities by promoting continuous improvement. This system also enables effective and efficient initiatives by any organization by setting unique requirements. These guidelines were revised in 2017 to establish a framework for companies to strive for both environmental conservation and corporate growth by acting towards various environmental issues.
