AEC-Q200 is a test standard for certifying the reliability of passive components. It specifies the testing requirements and test quantities for each component. It also includes the reliability test standards for multilayer ceramic capacitors, which are one of our main product lines.
AEC stands for Automotive Electronics Council, which was established by the major automotive manufacturers and electronic components manufacturers in the United States. Today, it is an industry group composed of representatives from each electrical component manufacturer.
