During module design, we use computer aided engineering (CAE) to shorten the development time related to vibration resistance assessments and heat countermeasures.
Thus far, we have used our cumulative experience and knowledge to implement a set workflow:
By using CAE to analyze the necessary structures for module development as well as for heat analysis, we can propose structures that limit the number of prototypes that need to be produced.
