Packaging material of SMD type products (difference between taping cord DA and RA)
There are two types of reel packagings for SMD type aluminum electrolytic capacitors: plastic and cardboard (paper).
The ninth digit of the parts number defines the reel material.
The red letters of the parts number example differ depending on the reel material.
We currently also manufacture cardboard reels as a transitional measure, but please choose the plastic reel when newly ordering.

Background
To prevent the scattering of foreign substances generated from packaging material, many customers have started using plastic material. We also assume plastic material as a standard.We currently also manufacture cardboard reels as a transitional measure, but please choose the plastic reel when newly ordering.
