Pay attention to the following points when using or designing board mounting for supercapacitors lead terminal cells.

1. Please match the printed circuit board hole spacing to the capacitor terminal spacing. (If the spacing differs, use a lead forming workpiece.)
2. Provide the following space above the pressure valve of the capacitor.

   Product diameter	Necessary spatial distance
   ⌀6.3 to 16	2.0mm or more
   ⌀18 to 22	2.5mm or more

   
   

3. Make sure that wiring and circuit patterns do not pass above the capacitor pressure valve. If the capacitor pressure valve comes into contact with the printed circuit board, place a hole in relation to the position of the pressure valve to allow gas to escape when the valve operates.
4. Provide the following space above the rubber part of the lead terminals of the capacitor. (Do not attach the capacitor directly to the board, but leave a space.)

5. Do not wire a circuit pattern below the seal plate of the capacitor. When wiring near the capacitor, ensure at least 1 mm (2 mm if possible) of space between the circuit patterns.
6. Avoid mounting parts that generate heat near the capacitor or the back of the printed circuit board (below the capacitor).
7. When mounting capacitors on double-sided printed circuit boards, design the board so that extra circuit board holes, or through holes for connecting the front and back of the circuit board, are not below the capacitors.
8. When mounting capacitors on double-sided printed circuit boards, take care that the wiring pattern does not touch the body of the capacitor.
9. To ensure dielectric withstand voltage, pay attention to the spacing of the capacitor case, cathode terminal, anode terminal, circuit pattern, and housing during design.
