Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor Flow Compatibility
Our multilayer ceramic capacitor products that support flow soldering are those with size codes 31, 32, and 43.

SMD type multilayer ceramic capacitors can be either flow or reflow soldered up to two times. Please do not solder them more than two times, even if using both flow and reflow methods. However, reflow soldering should be carried out only once for sizes 55 (5.7 × 5.0 mm) and larger.
Metal cap type multilayer ceramic capacitors can be reflow soldered up to two times.
