How to download high-precision analysis data for RoHS-regulated substances (ICP data)

We provide high-precision analysis data for RoHS-regulated substances. This data is based on analysis conducted by third-party entities. This data is also referred to as inductively coupled plasma (ICP) data or as an SGS report*1.
You must register as a web member to download materials. Please complete registration prior to downloading.

*1:Often referred to by this name because analysis is often conducted by the testing service SGS.
There is no requirement that analysis be conducted by SGS.

Download procedure
  1. Search the part number of the applicable product
    From the product search page, search for the applicable product.
  2. Display the part number page for the product
    Once you find the applicable product, click on the part number in the product search page to display the part number page.
    Example:Part number page for EKXN401ELL560MK25S
  3. Click the "High-precision analysis data for RoHS-regulated substances" icon in the part number page
    Click the "High-precision analysis data for RoHS-regulated substances" icon shown in the red frame in Figure 1.
    If a product has no "High-precision analysis data for RoHS-regulated substances" icon, then web-based data provision is not available for that product. In such cases, please contact us.

  4. About download files
    Files are downloaded as compressed ZIP files. The following types of files are contained within the ZIP file.

    The following is an example for the radial lead-type KXN series.
    As this is an example, certain characters have been replaced with an “*” as a discretionary symbol. The filenames and number of files included may change depending on the series and measurement timing.

  5. Analysis data by structural material
    The compressed ZIP file contains a file with the series name and the shape as the filename. (For the above example, this is "KXN(Radial).pdf".)
    This file serves as a title, with the filename indicating the structural diagram, the structural material name, and the file number.
    As indicated in the following example, please reference the analysis data for each material.

    Example for the anode foil of the radial lead-type KXN series

    In this example, the Index of the anode foil is A-002 and the Report No. is ETR24106552. As such, the file with A-002 and ETR24106552 in the filename is the analysis data for the anode foil.
    Here, the applicable file is "(R)_A-002-0205-24_Anode Foil_[ETR24106552].pdf"
