These products were not sold through official distribution channels: our sales offices, sales subsidiaries or distributors. We are concerned about their influence on customer equipment as they do not meet Nippon Chemi-Con’s quality assurance standards. Regarding this current situation, Nippon Chemi-Con is working on eliminating counterfeit products, but it is difficult to rule out all unofficial channels. These counterfeit products have close similarities to our products, making it hard to identify them by appearance. Therefore, we recommend that our customers purchase all Nippon Chemi-Con products and the products of our subsidiaries through the official “CHEMI-CON” distribution channels.
